No, Will Hero's Digital Vault is not designed for storing digital account information such as passwords, login credentials, or online subscriptions (email accounts, banking logins, streaming services, social media accounts, cloud storage, etc.). The Digital Vault focuses on physical and financial assets, important contacts, and personal messages. For managing your digital accounts and passwords, we recommend using a dedicated password manager or digital assets management service, as most people now have over 100 online accounts that require separate organisation.

No, messages to loved ones, assets and liabilities are not legally binding, and are separate from your Will. It is important that you avoid leaving any sensitive information such as specific account numbers, or instructions that might be in conflict with your Will.

Assets, Liabilities, and Important Contacts are accessible before purchase via our side navigation, allowing you to explore these features before committing to the full Digital Vault experience.

Your Executor can contact Will Hero at support@willhero.com to request access to your Digital Vault. After we have validated their identity and received a copy of the death certificate, we will securely release all your stored files and messages to your designated Executor.

No, updating your assets in the Digital Vault will not automatically change your Will. It will only provide your Executor with a more current record of your assets, liabilities, and contacts. While keeping an up-to-date log of all your assets and liabilities is helpful for your Executor, it is not a legal requirement. However, if you wish to distribute any of your assets to different beneficiaries, you will need to update your Will and have it signed again to make your new Will legally valid.

Yes, you can update your Digital Vault information at any time. This includes adding new assets, updating contact information, or modifying messages to loved ones. Regular updates ensure your Executor has the most current information when needed.

The Digital Vault is a paid feature that requires a purchase to access. However, you can explore 3 out of 4 Digital Vault features before purchasing: Assets, Liabilities, and Important Contacts are accessible through the side navigation or within the Will Builder. Only Messages to Loved Ones requires full Digital Vault access and is not available elsewhere in the platform.

Yes, the Digital Vault is fully accessible on mobile devices including smartphones and tablets. You can view, add, and update your assets, contacts, and messages from anywhere using our responsive web platform that works seamlessly across all devices.

If you forget your password, you can reset it directly from your account using the 'Forgot Password' feature.
