About Challenge

Challenge is a not-for-profit organisation that supports children and families living with cancer, every day of the year.

When a child is diagnosed, life changes quickly—for the patient, parents, and siblings. Challenge aims to lighten that journey by helping with practical, social, and emotional needs. Support is free and immediate, tailored to what each family actually needs, whether that is help at home, time away together, or something else they may not have known to ask for.

It is work that matters deeply, and we are glad to play a small part in raising funds for it.

The Diamonds gala

Diamonds Are A Girl’s Best Friend is Challenge’s annual women’s event—an evening of celebration, entertainment, and fundraising.

The 2026 gala is on Thursday 18 June, from 6:30pm at Crown Palladium, Southbank (Melbourne). Hosted by Andy Lee and Kris Smith, the night brings together around 1,500 guests for dinner, live entertainment, gift bags, and more—all in support of Challenge’s programs.

What Will Hero is contributing

Will Hero has donated a silent auction prize: Partner Will package with 10 years of edit access

That means two complementary Wills for a couple—each person creates their own state-specific Will online, with guidance, review options, and the flexibility to update as life changes. For this auction item, edit access runs for 10 years, well beyond our usual 12-month period.
